INTRODUCTION


The purpose of this task is to create a personal development plan. You will create goals focusing on the concepts of strategies to increase resilience and self-care. You will also explore leadership mindsets including cultural sensitivity, diversity, equity, and inclusion to positively influence your professional practice.

Additionally, you will showcase your knowledge to enhance your professional engagement skills to show prospective employers your marketability as a baccalaureate-prepared nurse. Throughout your time at WGU, you will adopt strategies to develop leadership skills and knowledge that will support your professional practice.

REQUIREMENTS
