Assessment One – 4x Analytical Reflectives (social work course).

  • RATIONALE:

This assessment is designed to facilitate your engagement with the required readings and assesses your ability to comprehend key principles as they apply to work with groups. The assessment also requires you to use your analytical and critical reflective skills in order to relate theory to practice and/or personal experience.

MARKING CRITERIA:

  • Use of APA 7th referencing (2.5 marks).
  • Engagement with reading material (10 marks).
  • Ability to critically evaluate key ideas in the reading as they relate to social work (10marks).
  • Incorporation of practice reflection/own views (5marks)
  • Appropriate academic language, including correct written expression, spelling, grammar, and the use of respectful and inclusive language (2.5 marks).

THINGS TO NOTE:

  • Please identify at the beginning of each reflection, which article you are analysing. Include these in a APA reference list. (at least 5 references).
  • Each of these should be 250 words long and can be written in 1st person.
  • I attached 4 reading articles below.
